To meet the demands of a traveling membership, our CALL-24 Automated Voice Response System (AVRS) provides you with access to your account(s) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CALL-24 offers new features and a friendly natural-language voice system. Once you're connected, simply speak or enter your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Kathy, our friendly virtual Member Service Representative will walk you through the rest of your transaction in either English or Spanish.

  • It’s fast. You won't be put on hold. Simply speak a phrase to get to where you want to go. For example, you can say, “Mail me a check, ” What’s my checking balance?”, or “I’d like to transfer funds.”
  • It’s streamlined. You'll have access to the information you need quickly and efficiently.
  • It’s flexible. You can use your voice or telephone keypad to perform transactions on your Credit Union account(s).
